Without a shared vision and understanding of which problem needs to be solved for whom, complex product development projects can quickly become tedious. UX Thinking offers a holistic approach that enables interdisciplinary teams to discover and develop products that remain relevant over the long term.

At the start of every successful product development process lies a shared understanding: What exactly is the problem, and what might the future solution look like? Clarifying the project scope and defining a viable product vision play a key role in this initial phase. Methods, exercises, and, last but not least, a shared mindset help pave the way toward that goal.
UX Thinking supports interdisciplinary teams in discovering and developing sustainably relevant products using a flexible, value-driven model. This approach incorporates elements from agile software development, human-centered design, Lean Startup, and traditional product development.
Advanced or mixed groups from the fields of development, design, product, and management.
