Today, content is produced faster than ever, even with AI. But UX writing requires one thing above all else: quality. Expertise and intuition are essential for this, whether you’re writing yourself or working with Copilot and similar tools. We’ll share our experience with you: practical, well-founded, and immediately applicable.

People are becoming increasingly aware of the value of user-centered language, and UX writing is finally finding its rightful place in product development. We’ll give you the tools you need to unlock the potential of UX writing in your workplace.
The hands-on UX writing training course will equip you with the essential foundational knowledge you need in your day-to-day work to evaluate, write, and discuss UX copy, even when AI is involved in the process.
“Great training: very hands-on. The instructor was fantastic, and the group size was just right.”
“I would take this training again in a heartbeat and am looking forward to a possible training on error messages!”
“A very knowledgeable and personable instructor! I highly recommend her!”
“Clear, practical examples; enough information provided before we were allowed or required to try things on our own; plenty of exercises that we worked on in groups; and useful “take-home” tips.”
“I found it particularly interesting because the examples were drawn from everyday life. I got so many tips in such a short time.”

In a deliberately small group of no more than 8 participants, we’ll make sure you take away exactly what you need. Our trainers will tailor the session to your needs, feel free to bring examples from your everyday life, while also ensuring that you, as a group, learn from and inspire one another. The diverse perspectives of the participants are always valuable. After all, UX writing is teamwork.
We’ll bring the fundamentals to life through best and worst practices and share our experience from a wide variety of UX writing projects with you. Together or in small groups, you’ll practice what you’ve learned, refine your work, cross out unnecessary text, organize your content, and provide feedback... We’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
We’re doing everything we can to make sure our passion for language rubs off on you, so that you’ll not only be able to write better, but also feel truly inspired to drive UX writing forward.
This training is designed for people from all areas of digital product development:
Juliana has been bringing text to the digital world since 2009. As a UX writer, she ensures that language guides users to their goals and makes products measurably more successful.
Yes. AI writes quickly, but it doesn’t know your users or your language guidelines. You still have to judge for yourself whether a text is understandable and guides users to their goal. In this training, you’ll learn the criteria for this and apply them to AI-generated texts as well.
UX writing (user experience writing) is the process of writing text for digital user interfaces. The goal is to intuitively guide users through a product (app, website, software). Unlike in marketing, the focus here is on clarity and guidance, not advertising. Good UX text (“microcopy”) is often invisible because it ensures a seamless user experience.
No, there is an important difference.
A classic example is an error message.
Generally speaking, no. You don’t need to know how to code to do UX writing. However, it helps to have a basic understanding of how digital products are built so you can communicate with developers on an equal footing. In our training, we’ll teach you exactly this interdisciplinary knowledge, without any code.
You don’t need years of experience in design. What’s more important is empathy for the user, a good feel for language, and logical thinking. Our course is ideal for people coming from other fields, such as editing, marketing, translation, or design, who want to expand their skills.
Salaries vary depending on experience and company size, but are often on par with those of UX designers. Entry-level professionals typically start at between €40,000 and €50,000, while experienced senior UX writers at large tech companies can earn significantly more. A certified training program can help you increase your market value during salary negotiations.
No one becomes a senior expert overnight, but the fundamentals and key methods can be learned very effectively in a compact format. In our hands-on UX writing training (2 half-days), you’ll gain the complete “toolkit” and mindset you need to start writing better copy right away in your day-to-day work. Routine then comes from applying it on the job.
We support you from strategy and agile product development all the way to training your team.
