UX&I was named a "Top Company" by kununu for the second year in a row
In 2023, UX&I is once again among the top 5 percent of employers on kununu. The primary requirement for the “Top Company” category is positive reviews from the company’s own employees.
Another employer award now adorns UX&I’s trophy case, further underscoring the UX consulting firm’s focus on employee satisfaction and a human-centered approach to work. Across kununu’s four evaluation criteria, UX&I has maintained the average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars from the previous year. The industry average for 2023 is a full star lower. The ratings for corporate culture (4.9) and diversity (5.0) stand out in particular. Overall, the firm more than met the criteria for the Top Company award, such as a minimum of 3.8 stars and at least two new reviews in the last twelve months.
UX&I also performs well across other metrics surveyed by kununu: For example, employees report that they are trusted and that mistakes are handled positively.
