UX&I is a kununu Top Company for 2022

On the employer review portal kununu, employees share their experiences independently and anonymously. Ratings ranging from 0 to 5 stars can be given for areas such as work-life balance, manager behavior, and equality in the workplace. UX&I performs very well in the overall ranking, with 14 employees giving it 4.8 stars and a 100% recommendation rate. All criteria for the “Top Company 2022” seal were more than met. These include at least six reviews, one of which must have been posted within the last year, as well as a minimum score of 3.8, both currently and as an average over the last 12 months. 

This seal is an important recognition for UX&I, as the company places particular emphasis on team satisfaction and has it assessed regularly (see “People First: UX&I Recognized as a Family-Friendly Employer” and “UX&I Certified as a Great Place to Work®”). 

The focus on employees and their needs also stems from the business model: As a consulting firm specializing in user-centered product development, UX&I helps companies put people first. “People are more important than the company,” emphasizes Managing Director Tobias Schlei. The team confirms this: “UX&I offers an extremely welcoming and understanding environment for every situation in life. That’s exactly how I imagine balancing work and personal life: extremely professional at work and at the same time very human, because life never goes exactly as planned,” says Fabienne Elm, Senior UI Designer at UX&I. Philipp Siekmann, Senior UI Engineer, is also impressed by the company culture: “Great colleagues, great bosses, complete freedom to shape your own role, and a culture where no topic is off-limits.” Kay Spiegel, Senior UX consultant and father of two, praises the work-life balance: “Here, I can just be myself. UX&I also hopes that its strong kununu rating will help attract new talent. For example, the company is currently looking for UX/UI designers and UX consultants.
