UX&I ranks among the top 3 most well-known UX companies again this year

“Which companies in the German-speaking world come to mind when you think of usability/UX?” The Professional Association of German Usability and User Experience Professionals asked this question again this year to a total of 341 participants as part of the UX/Usability 2023 Industry Report. For the fourth consecutive year, UX&I has made it into the top 10 and has defended its third-place ranking from last year. In 2023, the gap to the top two spots has even narrowed. The industry report provides insights into training and career paths, fields of work and areas of responsibility, earning potential, entrepreneurial aspects, as well as current trends and opportunities. UX&I’s visibility within the industry has increased significantly, particularly through its participation in numerous industry events. For the first time, UX&I took part in mcbw in Munich and, together with its client d.velop, hosted its own event focusing on the topic of Continuous Product Discovery. “Industry events like mcbw are not only a place for inspiration and networking, but also a platform where we can share in-depth insights together with partners like d.velop. They allow us to think outside the box, discuss best practices, and pass on our knowledge to build an even stronger UX community,” says Patrick Oselka, co-founder of UX&I.

In addition, UX&I was once again present at UXcamp Europe in Berlin this year and even received an award at the German UPA’s UX Festival, the “class reunion” of the German UX community: Senior UI Designer Flora Maxwell was named the best presenter among the festival’s 62 sessions.

For us, this exchange isn’t just an opportunity to share and expand our knowledge; it’s part of our DNA. That’s why we’re looking forward to participating in various events across Germany again next year.
