Niels Kösterke

Niels is already a design veteran at UX&I: He was one of the first specialists to join the team, and he thrives on exciting and complex challenges. He loves to channel his passion for design into exquisite interface architectures. In pair programming sessions and design studios, he distills the relevant functions from requirements and transforms them, as if by magic, into aesthetic and thoughtfully crafted interfaces. In doing so, he guides clients and colleagues with patience and pragmatism until the product truly “shines.”
